In the case of direct or indirect links on other Internet sites (links) which are outside of the responsibility of the author, the liability would only come into effect in that case if the author is aware of the contents and if it is technically possible and reasonable for him to pretend the use in the case of illegal content.
The author explains hereby expressly that till the time of linking there was no illegal content recogniseable on the linked pages. On the current and future design, the contents or the authorship of the linked pages, the author has no influence. He therefore distances himself explicitly from all contents of all linked pages which were changed after the linking. This statement applies to all within the own Internet offer set links and references as well as external entries in from the author designed guest books, discussion forums and mailing lists.

All within the Internet offer and possibly protected brands and trademarks with the provisions of applicable trademark law and the ownership rights of the copyright owner. The mere mention does not draw the conclusion that trademarks are not protected by law! The copyright for published by the author himself remains solely with the author. Any reproduction or use of graphics, sound files, video sequences and texts in other electronic or printed publications without the express permission of the author.
